For an Indonesian and a foreigner who carries a valid health certificate with PCR Covid-19 test showing “negative” result, additional examinations (body temp check, Q&A by quarantine officers) will be performed without Covid-19 rapid test. The PCR test result will be validated and a clearance will be issued by the quarantine officers for the passenger to continue her/his trip. A health certificate with PCR Covid-19 test is considered valid if taken seven days or less prior to entering Indonesia.

For a foreigner who travels without a valid health certificate or carries an invalid / expired health certificate with PCR test result, or carries a valid health certificate but without PCR test result, additional examinations will be performed along with Covid-19 rapid test.

If the rapid test result is REACTIVE, and if the related traveller is associated with comorbidities, or has respiratory diseases symptom, she/he will be referred to an appointed Covid-19 hospital.

If the rapid test result is NON REACTIVE, a PCR test will be performed at the traveller’s own expense, and will have a compulsory quarantine until the result is released.

For an Indonesian national who carries an invalid PCR test results, additional examinations will be performed along with the Covid-19 rapid test.

If the rapid test result is REACTIVE, the passenger will be referred to “Corona Emergency Hospital”, that’s Wisma Atlit in down town Jakarta.

If the rapid test result is NON REACTIVE, a PCR test will be performed and will have a compulsory quarantine at Wisma Karantina Pademangan or at hotel that is appointed by the quarantine task force.
Notes:
Indonesia has many airports and these airports have different tiers of facilities as well as quarantine / health personnel. In order to obtain more detailed information, for instance; where the traveller should be waiting for the test results or how long it takes, we suggest that you contact us at ops@afmaviasi.com.

TRAVEL RESTRICTION FOR FOREIGN VISITORS INTO INDONESIA
For foreigners who intend to enter the Indonesian territory.
Indonesia government temporarily prohibit all foreigners from entering/transiting within the territory of Indonesia.
Exception for:

Foreigners who hold Indonesian Temporary Stay Permit (KITAS) or Permanent Stay Permit (KITAP)

Foreigners who hold Indonesian Diplomatic Visa or Service Visa
-
Foreigners who hold Indonesian Diplomatic Stay Permit or Service Stay Permit
-
Medical, food and humanitarian aid support workers
-
The crew of means of transport
-
People whose travel is associated with essential work for national strategic projects such as infrastructure or constructions
Foreigners who get an exception to enter the Indonesian territory must provide the following requirements:

A certificate of health with PCR test result (in English) issued by their local government’s health authority

The foreigners must have stayed for 14 (fourteen) days in areas which not affected by Covid-19 outbreak before entering, evidenced by an immigration stamp or boarding pass

Statement of willingness to enter quarantine for 14 (fourteen) days in facilities provided by the Indonesian government

UPDATE POLICY FOR CARGO (COVID-19 Medical Supplies) FLIGHT COMING TO INDONESIA
Except for live animals, cargo planes from China can still fly into Indonesia, land in an international airport, with below condition:

Receiving party (company in Indonesia) must register the imported cargo and obtain approval to and from BNPB (Indonesia National Board for Disaster Management), the link is http://insw.go.id/ This approval is also required to process the landing permit (Applicable to all countries)

Aircraft has to be positioned/parked at an isolated parking area, as directed by the airport authority. Far away from regular parking stands
